Compensation: $20.00-$50.00/hour based on expeirence   The Physical Therapist Assistant shall provide assistance to patient treatment following an individualized plan of care and providing treatment through all phases of physical therapy under the direction of the Physical Therapist and ensure they are accomplished consistent with TPG policy and procedures, and requirements of referring physician. The physical therapist assistant shall assist in the administration of office and perform other duties as required.

Northwest Rehabilitation Associates, a member of the Therpay Partners Group family of brands, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Salem, Oregon and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. Currently, we are in search of a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Physical Therapy Technician at our Salem clinic.   The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) shall be responsible for the clinical administrative functions of patient triage on intake, scheduling, communication with referral department, and clinic-based activities required to ensure accurate billing and claims processes for the Therapy Partners Group and ensure they are accomplished consistent with TPG policy and procedures, and HIPAA requirements.  The individual must communicate in a friendly and professional manner with patients, clients, and TPG employees. PCC will perform other duties as required.

Salary: $35,000-$50,000 based on experience Northwest Rehabilitation Associates, powered by Therapy Partners Group, is Marion County's fastest growing multidisciplinary/multispecialty therapy practice, and is looking for a part-time or full time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. If you have a love for working with a diversity of pediatric and adult populations, are passionate about your career, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant may perform certain elements of a speech and language program as specified in treatment plans developed by the SLP. Goals and objectives listed on the treatment plan and implemented by the SLPA are only those within their scope of responsibilities and are duties the SLP has determined the SLPA has the training and skill to execute.
